Difference in our son is life changing. Crying before bed and up and out of bed numerous times on a night. Now goes to sleep by himself 30 mins after this. My 5 year old can never switch off at night, and bed times become a battle, which isn't great. These arrived today (a week since purchase so really quick postage) she had one at 7.30pm, she was sparko by 8pm. No tears, no tantrums, just a nice laid back bedtime! She hasn't fallen asleep before 10pm in goodness knows how long, so glad I found these. Will definitely be a regular customer. These have improved our evenings, previously our son would go to bed at 7:30 with one of us, and it would generally take to 10pm for him to fall asleep, lots of fidgeting etc. With these he goes off much faster.
