Being new residents of Arizona, my husband and I started having with blurred vision. After seeing the eye doctor, lubricating eye drops were recommended. OK, but the lubricating benefit lasted about 2 minutes. I always use a diffuser to add moisture in the air at home too, but still not cutting out the blurry vision. I did online research and read good things about the lutein and defamation so I thought I'd give it a try. We take them every day and soon saw improvement.
