This has really helped me to feel less tired. I will not magnify the energy boost that some have said. I feel more myself and able to not feel tired, I have been taking it now for about 4 months and I have started my second bottle. I don't mind the taste. Reminds me of my multi vitamin that I took as a child on liquid form. My friend is taking it a it seems to help him as well.
